Affordable workout clothes can be hard to come by these days. Especially workout clothes that are affordable, cute and of good quality. I am not someone who spends a ton of time in my workout clothes, sure I have my days, but more often than not, I am pretty quick to change out of them after a workout. However, I do still want to look cute when I do wear workout clothes and since I am actually working out in them, I need the quality to be good as well. Workout clothes can get expensive real quick. I’m not someone who is willing to shell out $80 on a pair of pants I wear to the gym. It just isn’t practical. I have no doubt that the leggings at Lululemon are worth every penny. Plenty of people will tell you that. But I also have no doubt though that there are brands out there that are of great quality and not super expensive.
The brands of affordable workout clothes below are ones I have tried and loved as well as ones I’ve heard amazing things about and I’m dying to try. They are all cute, extremely affordable and, best of all, great quality.
5 Brands for Affordable Workout Clothes
Amazon – icyzone
I had a friend introduce me to icyzone on Amazon and I am completely obsessed! Nothing costs over $25, so when my friend told me about it, I quickly questioned the quality. However I was pleasantly surprised to find that the quality was actually really great. If you are looking for seriously affordable workout clothes, icyzone from Amazon would definitely be my number one recommendation.
Aerie is a brand that I have not tried, but heard great things about. Their Real Me High Waisted Leggings are a top seller and the reviews on the site just rave about them. Most everything is under $35, which seems like a great price considering how much people love this brand. It is all currently 40% off (through today only) including the leggings…I’ll definitely be scooping up a pair!
Nordstrom Rack – Z by Zella
Z by Zella is definitely one of my favorite workout brands. I do have a pair of Zella leggings from Nordstrom, that I love, however, the Z by Zella brand carried at Nordstrom rack is honestly just as good and the prices are much better! Everything is under $30 with the exception of a few jackets.
Of course Target makes the list for affordable workout clothes. The C9 Champion brand at Target is one of my favorite for workout leggings. I love the fit and they were the first pair I ever found with a pocket. They run between $25-$30, but the quality is incredibly. Target also has the JoyLab brand, which I have not tried, however the prints and quality of fabrics seem to make it a great brand worth trying.
Old Navy actually has a great line of affordable workout clothes. I’ve purchased several pieces and have never once been disappointed. Everything is very reasonably priced, especially during sales. Some of the leggings are only $17 right now! The cute designs and prints are also a bonus!
A couple weeks back, we wrote a post on the 10 Wardrobe Essentials for Women in Their 30s and “real” workout clothes made that list. There is no need to still be wearing old college t-shirts to the gym, but you also don’t need to be spending a huge amount for good quality, cute workout clothes!
